1. Booking and Payment: All bookings must be made through our website. Payments can be made using credit/debit cards or other payment methods available on our site.
2. Check-In and Check-Out: Check-in time is 2:00 PM, and check-out time is 11:00 AM.
3. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations should be made at least 48 hours before the check-in date to avoid any charges. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the check-in date may incur a fee equivalent to the first night's stay.
4. Liability: Anukraha Home Stays is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings.
5. Conduct: Guests are expected to behave responsibly and respect the property and other guests.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation: Cancellations should be made at least 48 hours before the check-in date to avoid any charges. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the check-in date may incur a fee equivalent to the first night's stay.
2. Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days of receiving the cancellation request. The amount will be credited to the customer's bank account used during the initial transaction.
3. No-Show In case of a no-show, no refund will be issued.

1. Room Rates: All room rates are listed on our website and are subject to change without prior notice. The rates are inclusive of applicable taxes.
2. Additional Charges: Additional charges may apply for extra services or amenities not included in the room rate.
